A Look in a Little Mirror

I think each of my children remind me of me- in good ways and not-so-good ways.

I was reminded of my own love of childhood and reluctance to grow up by my 3 year old toddler, S.

S: "Mom, I don't want to get bigger." (tears in her eyes)

Me: "Okay, then don't." (she'll get past it eventually without me raining on her parade).

S: "But how? I can't stop the growing!" (now I'm ready to cry. She is infinitely wise for a three year old).
